(1) This Act may be cited as the Sale of Goods (United Nations Convention) Act 1994.
(2) This Act shall come into force on a date to be appointed by the Governor-General by Order in Council.
Section 1(2): Sale of Goods (United Nations Convention) Act 1994 brought into force, on 1 October 1995, by the Sale of Goods (United Nations Convention) Act Commencement Order 1995 (SR 1995/168).
