An Act to amend the Sale of Liquor Act 1989
BE IT ENACTED by the Parliament of New Zealand as follows:
This Act may be cited as the Sale of Liquor Amendment Act 1994, and shall be read together with and deemed part of the Sale of Liquor Act 1989 (hereinafter referred to as the principal Act).
Section 2 was repealed, as from 1 July 1996, by section 30(2)(b) Food Amendment Act 1996 (1996 No 41).
(2) Nothing done by or on behalf of a licensing trust in the period beginning on the 1st day of April 1990 and ending with the commencement of this Act shall be treated as invalid or ineffective by reason only of the fact that a person who did any act as a member of the licensing trust was a member or employee or the husband or wife of a member or employee of an incorporated company of the type described in subsection (1A) of section 200 of the principal Act (as inserted by subsection (1) of this section).
(1) The Pokeno Licensing Trust, which was constituted by clause 2 of the Pokeno Licensing Trust Constitution Notice 1974, is hereby dissolved.
(3) The Pokeno Licensing Trust Constitution Notice 1974 is hereby consequentially revoked.
