Acts are laws made by Parliament
(1) Subject to subsections (2) and (3) of this section, the Governor-General may from time to time, by Order in Council, amend Schedule 2 to this Act by adding thereto descriptions of additional pieces of land.
(2) The Governor-General shall not make an Order in Council under subsection (1) of this section unless the Governor-General is satisfied, on the advice of the Minister of Justice, that the pieces of land described in the order are pieces of land within the Waikato claim area that should not cease to be subject to the enactments referred to in section 14(1) of this Act.
(3) No Order in Council shall be made under this section after the 14th day of November 1995.
(4) This section shall come into force on the day on which this Act receives the Royal assent.
