Acts are laws made by Parliament
For the purposes of giving effect to the deed of settlement,—
(a) The Crown is hereby authorised to establish the land acquisition trust; and
(b) Any Minister of the Crown may on behalf of the Crown sign one or more deeds or other documents, and do any other thing, that may be necessary to establish the trust.
