New Zealand Legislation: Acts
Acts are laws made by Parliament
(1) Subsections (2), (2A), and (3) of section 7 of The Maori Trust Boards Act 1955 are hereby repealed.
(2) The following enactments are hereby consequentially repealed:
(a) Section 8(1)(b) of The Maori Purposes Act 1977:
(b) Section 5 of The Maori Purposes Act 1978.
