Acts are laws made by Parliament
(1) The Acts specified in Schedule 12 to this Act are hereby amended in the manner indicated in that Schedule.
(2) The amendments set out in Part 1 of Schedule 12 to this Act shall be deemed to have come into force on the 1st day of July 1995.
(3) The amendments set out in Part 2 of Schedule 12 to this Act shall be deemed to have come into force on the 1st day of October 1995.
(4) The remaining parts of Schedule 12 to this Act shall come into force on one or more dates appointed under section 1(2) of this Act.
