15 Section 110 of Electoral Act 1993 not to apply to printed preliminary referendum rolls

• Although every printed preliminary referendum roll is the main roll for the district, section 110 of the Electoral Act 1993 does not apply to any printed preliminary referendum roll and sections 16 and 17 apply instead.
