7 Declaration
  • The importer of any goods may, for the purposes of section 6(3)(a)(i), make a a declaration in a manner determined by the Director-General to the effect that the importer will not sell or use the goods as an agricultural compound.

    Sections 6 and 7 were substituted, as from 15 November 2000, by section 3 Agricultural Compounds and Veterinary Medicines Amendment Act 2000 (2000 No 50).

    Section 7: amended, on 18 October 2007, by section 9 of the Agricultural Compounds and Veterinary Medicines Amendment Act 2007 (2007 No 93).
