Warrant under section 45(1) of Pork Industry Board Act 1997 to conduct search where offence suspected

Being satisfied on an application in writing made on oath by an authorised person that there are reasonable grounds to believe that—

• (a) an offence against subsection (1) or subsection (2) of section 49 of the Pork Industry Board Act 1997 has been committed; and

• (b) there is or is likely to be in [describe place] (being a place that is not a place of business) any document relating to money paid or payable in respect of the levy imposed by section 35(1) of that Act or to the slaughter of pigs, or any pork product from pigs subject to that levy, or both, that is evidence of the commission of that offence,—

by this warrant I authorise you, on 1 occasion within 30 days of the issue of this warrant, to enter that place and inspect any documents relating to money paid or payable in respect of the levy imposed by section 35(1) of that Act or to the slaughter pigs, and any pork product from pigs subject to that levy.

Warrant under section 45(2) of Pork Industry Board Act 1997 to conduct search arising out of search of business premises

To: [authorised person]

Being satisfied on an application in writing made on oath by an authorised person that, as a consequence of the inspection under section 44 of the Pork Industry Board Act 1997 of a place of business, there are reasonable grounds to believe that there is or is likely to be in [describe place] (being a place that is not a place of business) any document relating to money paid or payable in respect of the levy imposed by section 35(1) of that Act or to the slaughter of pigs, or any pork product from pigs subject to that levy, or both, by this warrant I authorise you, on 1 occasion within 30 days of the issue of this warrant, to enter that place and inspect any documents relating to money paid or payable in respect of the levy imposed by section 35(1) of that Act or to the slaughter of pigs, and any pork product from pigs subject to that levy.
