Postal Services Act 1998 No 2 (as at 01 October 2008), Public Act

1 Short title and commencement

  • (1) This Act may be cited as the Postal Services Act 1998.

    (2) This Act comes into force on a date to be appointed by the Governor-General by Order in Council.

    Section 1(2): Postal Services Act 1998 brought into force, on 1 April 1998, by the Postal Services Act Commencement Order 1998 (SR 1998/49).
