An Act to amend the Domestic Violence Act 1995

BE IT ENACTED by the Parliament of New Zealand as follows:

 
1 Short Title

This Act may be cited as the Domestic Violence Amendment Act 1998, and is part of the Domestic Violence Act 1995 (“the principal Act”).

2 Programme providers’ fees and expenses

This section substituted s 44(b) of the principal Act.

3 Court may appoint lawyer

This section substituted s 81(3)(b) of the principal Act.
