13B Distribution and publication of financial statements

(1)

Unless directed otherwise by the Minister, the trustees of a community trust must, not later than 31 August in each year,—

(a)

send the financial statements of the trust and the auditor’s report to the Minister; and

(b)

publish copies of those financial statements and the auditor’s report on an Internet site maintained by or on behalf of the trust.

(2)

Despite subsection (1)(b), the trustees are not required to publish on the Internet site the information specified in section 13(2) if the trustees publish on the Internet site, with the financial statements and auditor’s report, a statement that a list of all distributions of income and capital approved or paid by the community trust in the relevant accounting period is available, on request, from the office of the trust.
