Application of this Part

13 Countries to which this Part applies

  • This Part applies to—

    • (a) any Commonwealth country other than a Commonwealth country to which Part 4 applies; and

    • (b) any country if an Order in Council is in force under section 15 or section 16 applying this Part to that country; and

    • (c) any country in respect of which an Order in Council is in force or has effect under section 104; and

    • (d) any country to which the provisions of this Part are applied in particular circumstances under section 60.
