(1) Every Order in Council made under section 3 of the Extradition Act 1965 that continued to have effect immediately before the commencement of this Act continues to have effect, and may be amended or revoked, as if it had been made under section 15.
(2) Every Order in Council made under the provisions of the Extradition Acts 1870 to 1935 of the United Kingdom Parliament and specified in Schedule 1 continues to have effect, and may be amended, as if it had been made under section 15.
(3) The Governor-General may, by Order in Council, declare that an Order in Council referred to in subsection (2) ceases to have effect as part of the law of New Zealand.
(4) This section does not limit section 105.
