(1) The Order made by His Majesty in Council on 12 October 1925, applying Part 2 of the Fugitive Offenders Act 1881 of the United Kingdom Parliament to New Zealand ceases to have effect as part of the law of New Zealand.
(2) The Orders in Council made under the provisions of the Extradition Acts 1870 to 1935 of the United Kingdom Parliament and specified in Schedule 2 cease to have effect as part of the law of New Zealand.
