This Act comes into force on a date to be appointed by the Governor-General by Order in Council.
Section 2: Pouakani Claims Settlement Act 2000 brought into force, on 1 March 2001, by the Pouakani Claims Settlement Act Commencement Order 2001 (SR 2001/19).
