This Act is administered by the Ministry of Economic Development.
The Parliament of New Zealand enacts as follows:
(1) This Act is the Companies (Registration of Charges) Amendment Act 2001.
(2) In this Act, the Companies (Registration of Charges) Act 1993 is called “the principal Act”.

Section 6(1) of the principal Act is amended by adding the words “, and may be amended as if they had not been repealed.”
