19A Membership of territorial authorities

• Every governing body of a territorial authority is to consist of not fewer than 6 members nor more than 30 members, including the mayor, who are the members of the territorial authority.

  Part 1A (comprising sections 19A to 19ZI) was inserted, as from 25 December 2002, by section 6 Local Electoral Amendment Act 2002 (2002 No 85). See section 55 of that Act as to certain determinations remaining in effect.
