24F Voting rights at election to fill extraordinary vacancy in respect of Māori constituency

(1)

A person who, under section 24D, is an elector of a Māori constituency of a regional council is, at any election to fill an extraordinary vacancy in the office of a member who represents that Māori constituency, entitled to vote at that election.

(2)

No other person is entitled to vote at any election to fill an extraordinary vacancy in the office of a member who will represent that Māori constituency of that regional council.
