Acts are laws made by Parliament
(1) Public Trust is a Crown entity for the purposes of section 7 of the Crown Entities Act 2004.
(2) The Crown Entities Act 2004 applies to Public Trust except to the extent that this Act expressly provides otherwise.
(3) Sections 28(1), 29, 37, 96, 100, and 104 and Part 4 of the Crown Entities Act 2004 apply as if the reference in each of those provisions or Parts to the “responsible Minister”
were replaced by a reference to “the responsible Minister acting with the agreement of the Minister of Finance”
.
Section 7A was inserted, as from 25 January 2005, by section 200 Crown Entities Act 2004 (2004 No 115).
