Acts are laws made by Parliament
(1) The board must appoint a chief executive.
(2) The chief executive must not be a member of the board.
(3) [Repealed]
Subsection (3) was repealed, as from 25 January 2005, by section 200 Crown Entities Act 2004 (2004 No 115).
