11 Application of Part to offenders detained in social welfare residence

• This Part applies to every offender detained under section 142A of the Criminal Justice Act 1985 in a residence approved for the purpose of that section as if the offender were detained in a prison, and a reference to an offender detained in a prison is a reference to an offender detained in such a residence.
