134C Functions of enforcement officer

An enforcement officer must, to the extent that is reasonably practicable, promote compliance with this Act by carrying out the following functions:

(a)

gathering information relating to offences under this Act:

(b)

investigating offences under this Act:

(c)

reporting to the chief executive on any matters relating to the enforcement officer’s functions.
