134ZA Offence of failing to comply with order to produce documents


No person may, without reasonable excuse, fail to comply with an order under section 134Y.


Every person who breaches subsection (1) commits an offence and is liable on conviction,—


in the case of an individual, to imprisonment for a term not exceeding 6 months or a fine not exceeding $10,000; and


in the case of a body corporate, to a fine not exceeding $50,000.
