23 Offences likely to cause serious harm

  • Section 49(3) of the principal Act is amended by repealing paragraphs (a) and (b), and substituting the following paragraphs:

    • “(a) imprisonment for a term of not more than 2 years; or

    • “(b) a fine of not more than $500,000; or.”
