Acts are laws made by Parliament
(1) There is an office of National Librarian.
(2) The National Librarian is also the Chief Executive of the National Library.
(3) The person holding office as National Librarian immediately before the commencement of this Act continues to hold that office on the commencement of this Act on the same terms and conditions.
