179 Obligation on disposal of gaming machines

(1)

The holder of a casino operator’s licence must provide the following information to the Secretary within 20 working days of disposing of a gaming machine:

(aa)

the manufacturer, model, and serial number of the gaming machine and any other details necessary to identify the gaming machine with ease; and

(a)

the method of disposal; and

(b)

if relevant, the name of the acquirer and the details necessary to contact the acquirer with ease.

(2)

The holder of a casino operator’s licence who contravenes this section commits an offence and is liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding $5,000.
