180 Prohibition on certain gaming machines in casino


On and from the date that is 6 months after the commencement of this section, the holder of a casino licence must not operate, or allow to be operated, at the casino a gaming machine that is able to accept banknotes with a denomination greater than $20.


The holder of a casino licence who fails to comply with this section commits an offence and is liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding $10,000.
