193 Notice of licence application

An applicant for a licensed promoter’s licence must, after lodging the application with the Secretary,—

(a)

send a copy of the application to a senior constable,—

(i)

in the case of an applicant who is a natural person, in the district in which the applicant resides:

(ii)

in the case of an applicant that is a company, in the district in which the company’s registered office is situated:

(b)

publish a notice of the application twice, at intervals of not more than 14 days, in a newspaper or newspapers approved for the purpose by the Secretary.
