249 Scrutiny of drawings and allocations

The Secretary and the Auditor-General must exercise the scrutiny that they determine necessary—

(a)

to ensure the security and proper operation of the equipment, processes, and procedures used in connection with the drawing of a New Zealand lottery or an allocation; and

(b)

over the drawing and accuracy of the official results of New Zealand lotteries.
