348 Restriction on gambling in casino by certain persons


No person referred to in subsection (2) may gamble in a casino—


except in the performance of his or her duty; and


only to the extent necessary for the performance of his or her duty.


The persons are—


a member of the Gambling Commission:


the Secretary:


a gambling inspector:


an employee or class of employee of the Department specified by the Secretary.


A person who fails to comply with this section commits an offence and is liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding $5,000.
