203A Significant changes in relation to licensed promoter’s licence must be notified


A licensed promoter must notify the Secretary and provide details of significant changes to the information supplied in, or accompanying, an application for a licence or an amendment to or renewal of a licence.


Notification must occur before, or as soon as practicable after, the changes occur.


The powers and obligations in section 200 apply to a notification of changes as if the notification were an application for a licensed promoter’s licence.


The Secretary may require the licensed promoter to apply for an amendment to the licence under section 205A or may invoke the suspension or cancellation provisions under section 206 or 207 as a result of the notification of changes.
