The Parliament of New Zealand enacts as follows:

1 Title
  • This Act is the Business Development Boards Act Repeal Act 2003.

2 Commencement
  • This Act comes into force on the day after the date on which it receives the Royal assent.

3 Business Development Boards Act 1991 repealed
  • The Business Development Boards Act 1991 (1991 No 108) is repealed.

4 Consequential amendments to other Acts
