State Sector Amendment Act (No 2) 2003

The Parliament of New Zealand enacts as follows:

(1) This Act is the State Sector Amendment Act (No 2) 2003.
(2) In this Act, the State Sector Act 1988 is called “the principal Act”.

This Act comes into force on the day after the date on which it receives the Royal assent.

Section 2 of the principal Act is amended by omitting from paragraph (a)(ii) of the definition of the term employer the words “Part 9 of”.
