101B Breach of compliance order

(1)

A person commits an offence who, without reasonable excuse, breaches or fails to comply with the terms of a compliance order or an interim compliance order issued under section 110A or 110F.

(2)

A person who commits an offence against this section is liable on conviction to—

(a)

a fine not exceeding—

(i)

$300,000, in the case of a body corporate; or

(ii)

$50,000, in the case of an individual; and

(b)

an additional fine not exceeding $2,000 for every day on which the breach or failure continues.
