(1) This section and Part 1 and Part 2 (other than sections 11, 26, 27, and 32 to 45), and sections 98 to 103, and Schedule 2 (other than the provisions that relate to sections 43, 72, and 98 of Te Ture Whenua Maori Act 1993) come into force on the day after the date on which this Act receives the Royal assent.
