Acts are laws made by Parliament
(1) Amendment(s) incorporated in the Act(s).
(2) For the avoidance of doubt, the Gas Amendment Act 2004, assented to by Her Excellency the Governor-General on 17 October 2004, is deemed to be, and always to have been, a valid Act of Parliament.
