19 Term of licence

• (1) A licence takes effect on the day it is granted and continues in force until it is—

  • (a) surrendered under subsection (2); or

  • (b) suspended under section 23; or

  • (c) revoked under section 24 or section 26.

  (2) A holder of a licence may surrender the licence at any time by written notice to the Agency.
