3 Conditions of off-licences
The Parliament of New Zealand enacts as follows:
(1) This Act is the Sale of Liquor Amendment Act 2005.
(2) In this Act, the Sale of Liquor Amendment Act 2004 is called “the principal Act”.

This Act is deemed to have come into force on the commencement of section 14 of the principal Act.
Section 14 of the principal Act is amended by adding the following subsections:
“(4) This section applies—“(a) not only to licences issued on or after the commencement of this section; but“(b) also to licences in force immediately before the commencement of this section.“(5) Subsection (4) applies to avoid doubt.”
