The Parliament of New Zealand enacts as follows:
(1) This Act is the Commerce Amendment Act (No 2) 2005.
(2) In this Act, the Commerce Act 1986 is called “the principal Act”.

This Act comes into force on the day after the date on which it receives the Royal assent.
(1) Section 66(3)(a) of the principal Act is amended by inserting, after the word “would”, the word “not”.
