Acts are laws made by Parliament
A person who commits an offence against section 21 or section 22 or section 23 or section 24 or section 26 or section 30(6) or section 32 or section 33 or section 35 or section 37(6) or section 45 is liable on summary conviction,—
(a) in the case of a natural person, to a fine not exceeding $50,000:
(b) in the case of a corporation, to a fine not exceeding $150,000.
