  • (a) section 168 of the Animal Welfare Act 1999; or

  • (b) section 68 of the Court Martial Act 2007; or

  • (c) sections 323 and 324 of the Children, Young Persons, and Their Families Act 1989; or

  • (d) section 4A(3) of the Commissions of Inquiry Act 1908; or

  • (e) section 214(1) of the Copyright Act 1994; or

  • (f) section 40 of the Designs Act 1953; or

  • (g) section 38 of the Disputes Tribunals Act 1988; or

  • (h) section 236 of the Employment Relations Act 2000; or

  • (i) section 108(3) of the Human Rights Act 1993; or

  • (j) section 101 of the Patents Act 1953; or

  • (k) section 37 of the Summary Proceedings Act 1957; or

  • (l) section 190 of the Trade Marks Act 2002.
