New Zealand Legislation: Acts
Acts are laws made by Parliament
(1) Sections 1 to 3, 141, and 142, and Schedules 1 and 2 come into force on the day after the date on which this Act receives the Royal assent.
(2) The rest of this Act comes into force on 1 July 2007.
