6 Corporations and other entities not subject to Act

• A corporation, association, or company incorporated or registered under any Act must not—

  • (a) be adjudicated bankrupt:

  • (b) make a proposal to its creditors:

  • (c) be the subject of a summary instalment order under this Act:

  • (d) be admitted to the no asset procedure.
