75 Documents to be sent with notice of meeting


The Assignee must send the following documents with the notice of the first creditors’ meeting:


a summary of the bankrupt’s statement of assets and liabilities; and


extracts from, or a summary of, the bankrupt’s explanation of the causes of the bankruptcy; and


any comments on the bankruptcy that the Assignee chooses to make.


However, subsection (1) does not apply if the Assignee has not received the bankrupt’s statement of affairs when the notice is sent.


A failure in sending or receiving the documents in subsection (1) does not affect the validity of the proceedings at the meeting.
