9 Corrections Act 2004 amended

  • The Corrections Act 2004 is amended by inserting, after section 162, the following section:

    “162A Crimes of Torture Act 1989 not limited

    • Nothing in this Act limits the operation of Part 2 of the Crimes of Torture Act 1989.”
