The Parliament of New Zealand enacts as follows:

1 Title
  • This Act is the Coroners Act 2006 Amendment Act 2007.

2 Commencement
  • This Act comes into force on 1 July 2007.

3 Amendments to Coroners Act 2006
4 Coroners
  • (1) Section 103(4) is amended by omitting 68 and substituting 70.

    (2) Section 103(5) is amended by omitting 68 and substituting 70.

5 Relief coroners
  • (1) Section 104(5) is amended by omitting 68 and substituting 70.

    (2) Section 104(6) is amended by omitting 68 and substituting 70.
