26 Obligation to notify Registrar of change in circumstances


Any licence holder or applicant for a licence must give written notice to the Registrar of any relevant change in circumstances as soon as practicable, but in any event not later than 10 working days after the change.


In this section, relevant change in circumstances




any change in the information that the person has provided under section 18:


any matter that results in the person becoming prohibited from being granted a licence:


any change in circumstances that may affect any of the matters specified in section 16 or 17:


includes any change that may be prescribed (if any).
