Immigration Advisers Authority and Registrar of Immigration Advisers

34 Immigration Advisers Authority established

(1)

The Immigration Advisers Authority is established as a body within the Department.

(2)

The Authority consists of—

(a)

a Registrar of Immigration Advisers, appointed by the chief executive under the State Sector Act 1988; and

(b)

such number of other persons as the chief executive appoints to the Authority under that Act.
