83 Duties of Registrar if interim order made

If an interim order is made allowing the appellant to engage in providing immigration advice,—

that person is to be treated for the purposes of this Act as if they were licensed; and

the Registrar must, as appropriate, enter, retain, or restore the person’s name on the register.

To enable the Registrar to fulfil the duties imposed by this section, the Registrar of the court in which the interim order is made must send a copy of the order to the Registrar as soon as practicable.
